Our goal as Rutgers Project Appalachia is to successfully integrate and implement regenerative agriculture as a means of

• sustainable employment

• economic booster

• food security

• education

in rural Appalachian communities. We aim to educate individuals on regenerative agriculture with an eye towards community involvement. In addition, we intend to transform land and labor into regenerative agricultural assets. We plan to measure sustainability by generating a consistent means of income, healthy food, and economic prosperity for participants. We hope to achieve all these things with a near-zero waste agricultural program with zero environmental emissions.
